Come have some fun with us on Saturdays!.

At Premier Sport Taekwondo in Grafton, MA every Saturday, join us for one of our Stretch/Strength/Tumbling classes! We offer three levels, for students of all ages!

Level 1 is our Beginners class for the younger students. We work on the basics of stretch, strength, as well as some basic tumbling moves. It's a fun hour where your little student will find their confidence and strength while having a blast with other students. The ages for this class are usually 5 and 6 years of age, sometimes allowing for 4 year olds that can handle an hour long class.

Level 2 is for students that are around 7+ years old that still want to work on their basics, but also get a nice challenge for strength, stretch and tumbling/acrobatics. We have a good time, but we definitely step it up from the level 1 class to help your student gain a better understanding of staying strong and healthy, with a nice bit of tricks and fun thrown in.

Level 3 is our advanced group. This level is for the older teens or students that are looking for a great workout while getting to work on their acro tricks and flips!

No matter which level you choose; your student will have a great time, be challenged, but most importantly; improve their stretch, strength, self-confidence, and social skills. Students of our classes do not have to be taekwondo students, but they just might find themselves wanting to give it a try.
